A public hearing will be held Thursday on the planned Jan. 31 closing of the Social Security Administration (SSA) office in Norwalk. U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal and U.S. Rep. Jim Himes will host the hearing on Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Norwalk Senior Center, 11 Allen Road, Norwalk.
